Hello 👋 My name is Inès and I'm a marketer working in tech in Montreal, Canada. Marketer by day, self-taught home cook by night - I love testing out new recipes and making meals from scratch!

Inès' Mini-Bakery is a mini passion project born from my love for artisanal bread and fermented foods. It all started out of my tiny condo kitchen during the pandemic and sharing my bread obsession with my family and friends.
